The Pop up's

The pop up kitchens are a great opportunity to cut your teeth on menu development, costing and running your own service. These kitchens are ad hoc and designed to be fun & interesting.

Front of House

We have a young and energetic front of house team. From running food, to managing a section, to pulling pints, we all share a passion for delivering great service. Whether its part time work whilst studying or coming full time and taking on more responsibility and management, there is sure to be a role for the right person.

The Paper Mill Inn

Our sister pub is nibble, reinventing itself monthly with varying 'pop up' street food kitchens, tap takeovers and provides a relaxed, informal and complementary alternative to the Old Hall

The Old Hall Food

Our restaurant has a hard earned reputation for the quality of the food and the friendly service. We are looking for enthusiastic Chefs to join our well established team, to help continue the growth and maintain our high standards. We have invested £200k+ in recent years on kitchen facilities including a separate prep kitchen, all with full walk in refrigeration.

The Beer & Wine

We have been named CAMRA regional pub of the year numerous times, and have been in the final for 'The Great Britishs Ale pub of the year' a couple of times. Our extensive selection of real ale, cider, gin and boutique wines are unparalleled in the area. We take a very active role in promoting wet led events, like our annual festival which attracts over 5k people, tap takeovers, collaboration brews, wine tastings etc. Here you can see our cellar manager Barney working with Torrside to brew our special for one of the many tap takeovers.

We will work with the best candidates to ensure that we give them a great working environment, with scheduled regular weekends off, the best facilities and the chance to demonstrate creatively and flair no matter what level you come in at.
